Zumba
This space is a fun, high-intensity one-hour long workout. We’ll move, dance, get tired and feel hyped from all the energy that dancing brings to us. CLASS SPECIFICS - 55 minutes long. - Non-stop. I won’t stop the music. It’s like dancing to a song that is one hour long. - Covers different types of music, alternating the intensity to give ourselves a rest from song to song. CLASS LAYOUT in approximates. - Warm up (10') - Dancing to different songs (30') - Cooling down (5') - Stretching (10')

Pilates Flow
These sessions are all about movement functionality. Following the basics of the Pilates method, combined with my knowledge on movement and flexibility, we'll move for one hour in an intense but medium energy level workout. Our focus will be on the core, spine, hips and posture allignment, strengthening, moblising and becoming more flexible in time.

Urban Latin Mix
This is a space to train concentration, coordination, musicality and movement quality. We will focus on a specific choreography that varies each month. All with the spiciness of the latin fire, of course. STYLES: Reggaeton, Hip Hop, Cumbia, Afrofusion, Femme, Commercial Dance, Contemporary Fusion. I will stop the music to build up to the choreography.

Movement Therapy
This space is dedicated to those who seek to create a deeper bond with their bodies, discover tensions or just let go of the frantic rhythm of modern life. Whether they are experienced movers, dancers or have zero background in training or any physical activity, this is a great place to dig deeper and start to (re)connect and, eventually, heal.
