Whether you need a more intense workout or a soft relaxation, Lady Joy Movement offers you a space where you can re-connect to your body awareness through movement, training and dancing.
All sessions are open to experienced as well as non-experienced movers.

Movement Training Program (mixed)
Do you feel a disharmony between your body and mind? In my Argentinian-flavoured sessions, I’ll help you regain your inner balance through movement. The sessions are a combination of mobility, flexibility and strength training. We’ll focus mostly on hip, thoracic and spine mobility, hamstring flexibility and full body strength. We’ll practise a series of movements in isolation and put them together in a flow at the end.

Movement Therapy For Women
Reconnect to your inner female power and the pleasure of being a woman. As women, we face a lot of pressure: work and family life, societal expectations, personal development. All this causes tensions in our bodies. Our Movement Therapy sessions are a safe place to relax, move and share our experiences. This way we build trust, community and help one another go through the school of life. The answer is collective. For these sessions you’ll need a notebook and pen. Small group (max 6).
Also, you can book a private session if you are have limited mobility or have a specific injury or chronic pain, or just want to work privately.
